  1. The account of time spent in Zambia is realistic and compelling. This book provides insight into the reality of life today in a country that is struggling with the incredible burden of HIV/AIDS. At the same time, it is a story of hope… All who care about such things should read this heart-felt narrative and then it’ll be easier to decide to respond in some way.

  2. I didn’t like the UK humor (or is it humour?) and both of the authors ramble off course throughout. However, this book deals with the hard reality of life in Zambia and shows the tenacity of those who have joy in the midst of this pain and suffering. This joy is found in Christ, who died for the sex workers, caregivers, and AIDS victims of this world. I recommend this book if you want to know more about life in Zambia.
